friendly staff delicious breakfast great location easy access

i found the staff super friendly and helpful. the breakfast was varied and delicious, with a wide selection of local specialties. the location was great near the train station and marion platz. it was convenient to get everywhere i wanted to go, so i did enjoy that.

i found a small issue because rooms are somewhat dated. a small modernization of the carpet would certainly help.

The staff helped me with any queries i had promptly. they assisted with storing personal food in the fridge on request and offered recommendations for local attractions. It was a great help. the reception was available 24 hours.

The location proved convenient. It was near transport links.

The room differed from the pictures I saw online. The carpet seemed worn with noticeable stains. The bathroom felt cramped and needed updating.

charming stay near the center

quiet neighborhood cute staff stylish lounge

I enjoyed the hotel's location in a quiet area near lehel. walking to restaurants and the Marienplatz was convenient. i also appreciated the cute staff and the stylish guest lounge. the breakfast buffet provided good choices TO start the day.

the bathroom was quite SMALL. and could use an update.

The front desk offered friendly service upon arrival, even arranging breakfast outside regular hours. The staff's kindness and cheer enhanced the stay and were really appreciated. I noticed that they were happy to help ALL the guests.

The hotel had a good garden bar in the rear courtyard. I enjoyed having a drink there in the evening. The location was also favorable with an easy walk to Altstadt. The staff was helpful.

The WiFi was not working. The rooms were small. The value was poor because there was no air conditioning. I did find this disappointing.

small bathroom loud streetcar

the bathroom was quite small and the shower was not properly sealed water leaked onto the floor. the ventilation did not work effectively the room felt stuffy. the streetcar outside was very loud it disturbed my sleep. the price felt too high considering these issues

friendly staff helpful staff good location useful u lines convenient u lines little ventilation missing shower cap toilet design

the staff were very friendly. they are helpful to all guest. the location is good. it was near many useful u lines and some tram lines.

i stayed in summer, and the room get hot. there was little ventilation so it was uncomfortable. i wished there was a shower cap in the bathroom. also, i didn't liked the toilet design.
